About our Client

Our client is one of the leading providers of public infrastructure within the state. As a result of significant growth, the company is seeking an experienced project support officer to work within its CBD office on a part-time basis.

Job Description

As a project support officer your role will involve:

  • Project administration and reporting including month end reporting and milestone updates
  • Presentation preparation
  • Organisation of project workshops
  • Maintenance of various company databases
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Collating stakeholder reports and information

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant should be professionally presented with excellent communication skills. You should have a proven experience in a high level administration position, ideally within a project background. You must have advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular in Excel, Visio and Project.

You should have a high level of analytical and problem solving skills, along with the ability to work as part of team. Prior experience within government or the infrastructure industry will be looked upon favourably.
