Project & Team Assistant Commercial Operations Asia Pacific Job in Holzkirchen, Bayern Germany

You will support our Commercial Operations Asia Pacific Team and handle all office administration in this dynamic environment. You are able to pro-actively as well as independently manage a whole organization with the right degree of prioritization. You will also be involved in project work and / or portfolio related activities.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Coordinate follow–up of country portfolio inquiries
• Initiate, aggregate and consolidate of product related (sales) data for different countries
• Handle projects regarding portfolio database, research and update information in databases
• Manage and update APAC portfolio database
• Manage project communication between department and country organizations as well as within the team
• Prepare international correspondence and communications including agendas, minutes etc.
• Organize travel itinerary and reimbursements
• Manage tight deadlines and schedules

Education:
• Professional Office Management training desirable
• 2-3 years of relevant practical work experience
• Experience in pharmaceuticals industry is a plus

Languages:
• Fluent in German English on business level with very good communications skills in spoken/written work

Skills:
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent MS office skills, especially with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Sharepoint is a plus
• Experienced with database management. Knowledge about SAP and IMS is a must
• Sensitivity to multi-cultural/multi-location organization
• Sensitive handling of information, confidentiality and integrity
• Interest in healthcare industry keen to learn more about
• Experienced with Travel Management and Travel Reimbursement process
