Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing all functions serving the Executive PMO (EPMO) for Corporate Services. The EPMO will serve as the central point of control and oversight for the Corporate Services portfolio of projects, initiatives, executive reporting and governance committees. The EPMO applies project management principles to all supported services. The EPMO develops and maintains meaningful metrics to measure the state of the portfolio.
Work directly for the Head of Corporate Services Shared Services; major sponsors including Head of Security, Head of Procurement and Head of Property.
The Senior Project Managermanages the day to day operations of the Executive PMO. Must be able to effectively communicate “top down” view of portfolio to senior management and executives as well as manage and support EPMO deliverables with program staff. Provide leadership and strategic direction to the EPMO team. Has knowledge and experience implementing both theoretical and practical aspects of project management including techniques and tools. Identify opportunities for improvement and manage constructive suggestions for change.
Day to Day Activities include:
- Oversee and monitor all committee reporting and readiness activities on behalf of the sponsors
- Provide governance support to key and critical committees within Corporate Services
- Identify governance committee program management weaknesses and develop corrective action plans with appropriate stakeholders
- Oversee and monitor all Corporate Services Initiatives for Executives
- Provide project management and PMO services on select initiatives
- Develop, maintain and ensure quality of Executive Level reporting
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of working Project Management disciplines and techniques as well as implementation experience of technical and non-technical projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to adapt in a changing environment
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
