Project/Change Manager – Marketing recruitment

Opportunity

An exciting new opportunity to join our Retail Marketing Projects Team. The key responsibilities of this team are as follows:

- Produce a 'Change Programme' for Marketing incorporating all projects
- Understand the business requirement for each project and drive out key decisions/ information affecting Marketing
- Assess the initial impact across Marketing
- Produce a plan for each project
- Work alongside (UK) teams to produce client communications
- Monitor progress and provide updates

Our new Marketing Project Manager will:-
- Develop and ensure delivery of plans to support delivery of product development and change management initiatives
- Monitor resource to ensure delivery of project roadmap
- Provide support to Head of Retail Marketing Projects for ad hoc projects/ analysis

Key responsibilities

Marketing Project Management Planning
- Support Product Development and Change Management in the definition of marketing and communication activities associated with change projects. (e.g. regulatory and strategic projects, fund mergers, objective changes, new launches etc.)
- To produce plans for each project highlighting key tasks and timescales.
- Project manage the marketing elements of projects working with channel, document automation and digital teams.
- Support project implementation through the resolution of issues and completion of tasks.
- Contribute to the production of an overall programme schedule and regular status summaries highlighting deliverables and issues.
- Contribute to project updates to the Retail Marketing Management Team on project activity
- Represent marketing at project related meetings.

Adhoc
- Undertake adhoc projects/analysis as required to support and improve marketing team efficiencies

What we are looking for

- Candidates with a marketing background from Asset Management will be strongly considered
- Working in Product Development and looking for a projects focussed position
- We would ideally like candidates to understand processes for fund changes i.e. Fund Mergers/Closures
- Highly organised and able to prioritise
- Professional manner and good interpersonal skills.
