Project/Crisis Manager of Care home Job in Manchester, North West Uk

Reporting to the Regional Director the Project / Troubleshooting Manager is responsible for leading, organising and project managing turnaround or similar major remedial projects within the company. You will be responsible for specific services that have been removed from line management and input remedial improvement measures to raise the standards of service provision within the Homes.

As a Project / Troubleshooting Manager you will be required to work with Operations Directors, Quality Assurance Managers, Service Quality Inspectors, Home Managers and others in addressing service shortfalls to achieve restoration of the service back to line management.

Successful candidates will have previous experience of working within a similar capacity within the Care / Nursing Home Sector complete with a proven track record of managing turnaround projects.
