General Summary:
Manages the development, design and support of complex programs, projects and processes involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects, initiatives or programs. Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget and or spending. Monitors the project or program from initiation through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. Has overall project management responsibility of assigned projects and programs. Works independently, and does not have direct people management responsibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Project manages significant or large sized initiatives, projects and programs. May oversee cross-functional teams to desired end-state.
• Plans and coordinates activities of projects/programs to ensure that project/program goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and parameters.
• Manages established project plan, taking into consideration deadlines, resources, costs and timing when making changes and decisions when planning and organizing ongoing tasks and responsibilities.
• Ensures that project requirements are identified, met and delivered to the appropriate areas. Develops extensive documentation, which may include business requirements, reporting and work order requests.
• Held accountable for results of timely implementation, communication, and on-going support of assigned projects and programs.
• Acts as a spokesperson for the project or program, including answering questions, disseminating information and handling inquiries. Communicates broad project information to a wide variety of individuals and groups at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
• Interacts with management and cross-functional teams to develop, implement and provide regular updates for activities and initiatives involved in the project or program plan.
• Responsible for the project/program lifecycle which includes prioritization of change requests, developing business requirements, creating test plans, end user communications and successful implementations.
• Performs system and business analysis to effectively work with other business units to determine roadmap, timeline, activities schedules, budget, scope and priorities.
• Manages all additions, changes and modifications to the project plan, to include budget, timeline and resource changes.
• Maps out existing and or current process flows and compares them to proposed process improvements, indentifying areas of process improvement.
• Research and resolve account conflicts and challenges. Manage negotiations between parties in order to resolve conflicts
• Assist in the creation, communication and enforcement of Rules of Engagement for Internal Carrier conflicts as well as Rules of Engagement between Carrier and BSU.
• Act as POC for Carrier Services in account tagging issues/discussions with other business units
• Assist with the sales support and systems administration duties related to re-organization and new sales, hires and terminations; cost center set up, account stratification etc.
• Work with IT to provide the data for updates to systems and to perform manual updates as needed
• Assist in the identification, validation or correction of reporting issues including commissions as they relate to segmentation or sales assignments
Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related degree or equivalent work experience.
• Licensures:
• Relevant Work Experience:
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 4-5 years project management experience

• Various Project Management Software knowledge may be required.
