Project/Programme Manager – Transactional Banking Change - £100,000 base salary
This role sits within a delivery focussed strategic project group that delivers market-leading solutions across the business. The team consists of senior project and programme managers who are responsible for implementing complex business change projects that address issues common to multiple businesses e.g. Industrialisation, future proofing, rationalisation.
To be successful within this position, you will have;
A proven track record of business Project/Programme Management within the Investment Banking industry; The ability to demonstrate innovation, good judgment and problem solving skills when making decisions; Experience working within a management consultancy in a client facing role; experience designing, monitoring, executing and driving large scale strategic projects; Extensive working knowledge of Corporate and Financial Institutional client buying behaviour.
It is likely that the work of this individual will be cross-product, therefore an appreciation of multiple investment banking products and operations will be more valuable than deep expertise in a few products.
