Project/Senior QS – North West Job in Merseyside WA12, North West UK

The Role

Our Client is looking for number of Project QS and Senior QS roles for a highly regarded Quantity Surveying Practice.

The Company was established in 1998 and provides quantity surveying, project control and commercial management services to key clients across the UK. The Company’s head office is based in the North West and employs 27 full time permanent Quantity Surveyors from Assistant to Director Level, on various process and engineering projects across the UK.

Requirements

Experience and Responsibility Levels:

-Must be capable of working as stand-alone Project QS
-Must have strong NEC experience
-Must have proven experience in process and engineering sectors e.g. Petrochemical, Power/Energy, Renewables, Nuclear, Chemical/Pharmaceutical manufacture, Utilities (Water, Gas, Electricity)
-Must have strong contractual awareness and experience of the administration of change provisions
-Must have good IT skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook

Essential Requirements:

-Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management BSC or Equivalent, or;
-Equivalent technical qualifications in Engineering or Project Management type disciplines
-Willingness to work UK wide
-Full UK Driving License

Permanent Employment Package

Project/Senior QS

-£26,000 to £38,000 PA dependent upon relevant experience
-£5,000 - £5,500 Car Allowance/BMW 3 Series or similar
-5% Contributory pension following 12m service
-25 days holiday plus bank holiday

Location

North West based head office, with a willingness to travel UK wide as required
