My client is a market leading property company based on the outskirts of Leeds and Bradford in an absolutely fantastic location. My client is now in the position where they are looking to hire an experienced Property Accountant / Accounts Assistant into their existing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property accountant to join a fantastic organisation that boasts an impressive portfolio of highly reputable clients who are large market leading organisations.
To be successful for this role, it is essential that you have over 5 years experience working within a property / estates organisation in a finance role, and will have the following experience:
- Managing portfolios of property's
- Interaction with clients
- Preparation of management accounts and VAT returns
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Assisting / working on month end accounts
- Service charge analysis
- Banking and dealing with petty cash
- Experience in a property accounts software such as QUBE
