Property administrator – Borehamwood

Key Duties:

 

General office
Telephone, stationary, post, greet visitors, filing, copying, collating, sending out paperwork.       

 

Day to day issues

Service contracts, utilities, minor maintenance, general property issues, insurance claims, credit control, action arising from inspections.       

 

Leaseholder client enquiries
Respond by telephone, email and letter.                      

 

Contractors
Source contractors, obtain estimates, give instructions and progress works to completion,check and approve invoices.      

 

Company Administration
Organise meetings and circulate paperwork, keep company registers updated, input
information on-line to Companies House.

           

                                               

 

Office Hours:             Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm

 

Remuneration:           Negotiable

 

Essential skills:           Knowledge of leasehold property 

                                    Knowledge of property maintenance

                                    Strong IT and administration skills

                                    Experience of using a contact system

                                    Experience of direct contact with customers

                                    Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (oral and written)

 

Personal profile:        Must be pro-active and able to assess priorities

                                    Must be organised and able to work under pressure

                                    Must be able to work with the minimum of supervision

                                    Must be motivated with a drive to succeed

                                    Must be a team player and able to work within a small office environment                                    Must be customer service focused
