Property Administrator

We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our clients lender services and sales department. You will be dealing with the process of Law of Property Act (LPA) Receivership where LPA Receivers have been instructed to act by a mortgage lender.

You will have a GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent).
ARLA, NAEA or similar qualification is desirable but not essential.
Experience of customer interaction.
Experience of dealing with difficult and sensitive situations over the phone.
Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing)

Personal qualities will include;
· The ability to build trust and a rapport with clients.
· Attention to detail.
· Attention to follow legal procedures and company polices.
· Approachable and adaptable.

The company is based on the outskirts of Bath so ideally you will need a car to get to the client.
The role is 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
