This is a vital role assisting in management of mortgage accounts Australia wide for handling Borrower Sale of Property process. The role also provide quality, timely account strategies to minimise losses and maximise recoveries for the ANZ bank and the mortgage portfolio and provide direction or alternative strategies as required.
Skills, Knowledge Experience:
- Knowledge of property segment within the financial services
- Knowledge of CAP, CTA and Hogan
- Strong communication skills with focus on influencing outcomes
- Awareness of relevant credit legislation (Debt Collection Guidelines, NCCP, Trade Practices Act, Privacy Act)
- Sound problem solving skills to investigate situations
