Full Job Description
To examine, evaluate and process large and complex Commercial Property claims for open market, binder written and delegated authority bordereaux submissions in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the policy terms and conditions, ensuing a high level of service is provided to brokers and clients.
General Description
?h Investigate and resolve claims in a professional manner
?h Identify and investigate coverage issues
?h End to end management of Third Party Administrators
?h Tracking and reconciliation of Escrow Funds
?h Maintain accurate reserving data
?h Liaising with Underwriters, brokers and clients
?h Processing and reconciling information from loss adjusters and TPA
?h Investigate and resolve complaints within FSA guidelines
Essential Requirements
?h Background in dealing with large and complex commercial property losses
?h Good understanding of binding authority contracts
?h Experience of working in a commercial client service environment
?h Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and individually
?h Good interpersonal and communication skills
?h Strong organisational and analytical skills
?h Good level of judgement
?h Good IT skills, working knowledge of Word, Excel and ECF
?h Ability to positively adapt to change
?h Awareness of reinsurance
?h Awareness of non conventional insurance programmes

Excellent package, pays up to £50,000
