Property/ Construction Accountant recruitment
Dynamic and very successful, this boutique property business is part of a much larger and high profile investment house. Seeking to add a solid accountant to their finance ranks, the business is an employer of choice offering line of sight to some of the markets most talented and commercially astute operators at both an investment and finance level.
Responsible to both a financial head as well as the business, you will be responsible for an array of management reporting and commercial accounting functions including, project accounting (budgeting, costing and timelines), tracking of sub-contractor performance and update presentations to management, new investment / development assessment and proposal presentation, resourcing / hiring for projects teams and contingency planning.
Ideally qualified (CA/CPA), you will have roughly 8 years total experience, 2-3 of which will be in a solid, end-end accounting capacity. You will be a confident, engaging and driven operator, able to manage stakeholders both internally and externally and at all levels of seniority.
