Property Consultants + Director of Sales
We are working with a Middle Eastern based Real Estate business who have recently opened an office in Central London. There are two opportunities at this new office:
Property Consultant:
This is an end to end sales role where you will be selling properties based in the Middle East.
You need to have relevant 2-5 years of experience and also be able to speak Arabic, Hindu or Urdu.
Director of Sales:
This is a people management role, handling the entire office. Property sales experience mandatory for this role. You will be managing a team of property consultants and should be Arabic speaking and have worked in real estate with 8-10 years of work experience.
Required skills:
• Exposure to regional and global markets
• Strong sales activity management experience
• Leading sales team to achieve stretched targets (Prior experience of handling 20 + members)
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• A good negotiator and a strong leader
• Drive passion to get the job done
• Handled PL responsibility
