Property Data Analyst – 3 Month Contract – Central London recruitment
Property Data Analyst - 3 Month Contract - Central London - Our client; an established Property Company in the UK are seeking a Property Data Analyst to come on board in their Central London office to work within their commercial finance department and work closely with the Analysis team within the business. You will be required to fulfil the following duties:
- Review and analyse forecast rent data across approx. 2,500 individual property units for a ten year period.
- Review the activity pipeline (covering potential acquisitions, development projects and other value adding opportunities).
- Identify internal inconsistencies and potential discrepancies with the rent forecast.
- Identify movements between last year’s forecast and this year’s forecast.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trail of all data and supporting analysis.
- Identify and implement new procedures to improve efficiency.
- Clear and effective reporting of achievements and issues
To apply for the position you must have strong Excel / financial modelling experience as well as exposure to DCFS / IRRs / NPVs. You will have experience to analysing property portfolios in their entirety and at individual asset level. You will have good knowledge of property lease data and have a good grasp of strategic planning initiatives in line with the business. You will have strong numerical skills and communication skills to communicate with finance, investment and development teams. This is a good role with an extremely reputable firm.
