Property Fund Accountant recruitment
A global Real Estate Investment Management company with approximately $10bn of property assets under management across Europe and Asia is looking to recruit an ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Property Fund Accountant. The business has a number of joint ventures across commercial, residential, hotels and office space and represents some of the world's leading organisations.
This ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Property Fund Accountant role will report into a Property Fund Controller and be responsible for;
- Managing financial control and accounting for a pan-European Real Estate fund.
- Producing annual statutory and consolidated financial statements.
- Managing the property managers, outsourced accountants and joint venture partners.
- Providing financial management and support to the asset managers.
- Understanding tax implications of Special Purpose Vehicle transactions and structures.
To successfully apply for this position you will be;
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) Qualified.
- Have experience of working in a similar capacity for a Real Estate Investment Manager.
- Proven experience of producing statutory accounts and managing the year end audit process.
- Have a working knowledge of IFRS and ideally Luxembourg GAAP.
