Property Inspector
Midwest Technical Inspections, Inc. provides insurance companies with residential commercial underwriting inspections.
Field inspectors complete on-site inspections, measuring and diagramming property (the perimeter), noting building construction, age and general condition, completing checklists and identifying specific details as indicated on provided forms, and recording safety concerns and hazards. Commercial lines inspections also involve a description of the business operations and identification of hazards specific to the nature of the business.
We seek experienced field inspectors ( INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS) to complete WORKERS' COMPENSATION SURVEYS (INSPECTIONS) in PHILADELPHIA SURROUNDING AREAS. THIS WORK REQUIRES CERTIFICATION BY THE PA STATE INSURANCE INDUSTRY TO COMPLETE WORKERS' COMPENSATION SURVEYS.
Compensation is commission-based (each completed survey is paid, typically at an hourly rate).

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic mathematical/spatial relationship aptitudes, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and an ability to interact professionally via phone and in person with policy holders, clients, and their representatives, as well as the proper certification.
