Property Analyst – Investment Management
Our Client is a diverse real estate investment manager based in London. The business invests both directly into property and indirectly into property funds, across all sectors.
They are seeking an individual with direct equity investment experience in the property sector. They invest in commercial and residential property in the UK and Internationally.
The Role
-Analysing direct property investment opportunities
-Calculation of investment returns and investment risks.
-Detailed cashflow modelling on potential new transactions
-Support to managers on asset management strategy and investor relations
-Supporting with deal execution and underwriting
The Person
-Currently working for either a real estate investment firm or consultancy
-Advanced modelling and cashflow skills
-Experience of direct real estate investment as opposed to debt or fund investments
-A first class academic background is crucial
-Dynamic, financially aware with excellent communication skills.
