Property Investment / Asset Management Analyst recruitment

The team plans to make a number of acquisitions in the next 612 months and the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting this.

They will also work on the existing portfolio, analysing performance and supporting strategic asset management initiatives. Working as part of a very busy team, they will be expected to manage a number of projects efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess the following  

Strong understanding of company balance sheets and ability to analyse their contents

Outstanding analytical and financial analysis skills

Excellent understanding of the UK property market

And be part qualified, or qualified ACA/ ACCA or CIMA
