About the Job
A mid to senior associate commercial property lawyer is required with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in commercial property transactional matters. Experience required in large deal structuring, leasing, retail, including many large commercial leases. You will work on large sales, acquisitions and disposals.
The firm are an esteemed mid-tier practice with a recommended commercial property team dealing with top end transactional matters, and high quality work. The commercial property team are extremely busy and this is an exapansion opportunity in the Sydney office. On offer is an above-market rate remuneration package and ample opportunities for the successful applicant to progress within the property team.
