Property/ Lease Accountant Job in Lexington 02420, Massachusetts Us

Our client located in a beautiful Boston metro area office has an immediate need for a Property/ Lease Accountant professional; this individual must be able to interact within a high profile environment and with excellent verbal and written communication skills! Additionally the ideal person will be detail oriented, organized and a team player

Responsibilities:

Processing and analysis of all accounting functions for commercial properties

Create and maintain supporting schedules for balance sheet accounts for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages provided to property owners.

Prepare schedules and documents for internal and external auditors.

Background:

Accounting or finance degree preferred

Oracle experience preferred

Blend of real estate law, and/or lease accounting or lease administration

Auditing and abstracting leases

Have experience reviewing leases
