Property Leasing & Compliance Manager – Multi
Superstar management team (couples or individuals) needed for resident Manager Maintenance Supervisor positions for 91-unit apartment complex in beautiful Montrose, Colorado.
LEASING/COMPLIANCE MANAGER will manage all aspects of property including but not limited to phone calls, initial application and intake, pre-qualification screening (criminal, credit and reference checks), income documentation, lease signing, data entry, routine unit inspections, tenant orientation and property showings, process notices for late rents, demands for compliance and eviction notices as needed, process incoming mail, deposit rent payments, and forward invoices to accounting daily for payment. Will also co-ordinate work order requests with maintenance staff, handle tenant concerns and/or emergencies, monitor tenant lease compliance, conduct annual inspections of units, assist with local advertising and community outreach efforts to maintain occupancy. Ideal applicant will be willing and able to provide positive, welcoming, supportive services to our residents while working to ensure that lease and community rules are followed. REQUIREMENTS: 3 year prior property management experience in a multi-family housing environment, experience using lease management software such as OneSite, Yardi or equivalent, and familiarity with subsidized rental housing programs such as Low Income Housing Tax Credits and HUD Section 8 vouchers. College degree preferred but not required.
SALARY BENEFIT PACKAGE: Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include monthly health insurance allowance after 6 months. Benefit package can be structured to include a rent-free 2-bedroom, 2-bath on-site apartment.
