Property Maintenance Team Leader

This role will lead the Back Office Maintenance Team,helping the team to answer technical queries,provide support and guidance which will allow them to manage a workload of routine and adhoc issues.The Team Leader will lead,coach and motivate staff to deliver the highest standards of service and act as an allround troubleshooter for the team.
You will have experience of working in the Residential Lettings industry,and ideally possess a level 1 Industry recognised Qualification,such as ARLA 1 or be working towards one, with experience of using company software Aspasia. Supervisory experience would be ideal , as is the confidence,tact and diplomacy to deal with difficult clients over the phone. You will need to be adept at handling customer complaints and managing a team under pressure.Taking ownership of an issue to ensure speedy resolution is also essential.
The salary is £20400 to £25500 per annum depending on experience.
