Property management accountant
A commercial property specialist is looking to recruit a Property Management Accountant in the East Sussex area. This exciting job will offer the successful candidate the chance to play a key role in a rapidly expanding company.
This vacancy exists as an increased work load means this company is now looking for another permanent staff member to come on board. The role will involve managing a portfolio of tenants and accounts work such as writing budgets for service charges, client statements, reconciliation, preparing accounts and credit control. It may also involve a certain element of administration work, such as arranging meetings. Were the successful candidate to have previous management experience, the role may be expanded to involve the management of a small team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of property management accounting. Ideally they will have experience of either Tramps or Qube. They will be looking for a role that will allow them to hit the ground running.
