Property Management Analyst-7848 Job in Washington 20500, District Of Columbia US

Requirements:  3-8 years of experience in property management including: inventory tracking and management; inventory reconciliation; planning, coordinating, and conducting physical inventories; coordinating warehouse operations; worldwide shipping/receiving; and managing final disposition of equipment. Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop papers, reports, presentations, and analysis documents.

Job Duties: Government employees comply with all agency policies regarding property accountability. Assist with performing periodic spot checks of Government property with all contractors and Government employees. Assist in the preparation of an annual inventory of Government-owned property and assist in the development of a process for capturing Government-owned property data at future locations. Provide administrative assistance to the PM with the disposition of Government-owned equipment once the property has reached its "useful life".
