PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER

 

Multi-family Housing Management company seeks Controller.  Accounting Degree with 3+ years experience in general accounting and a minimum of 2 years real estate accounting.  Position will oversee the accounting for approximately 30 assets. 

 

Qualifications Include:

·        Bachelor’s Degree

·        YARDI and Quickbooks experience a plus

·        Audit preparation and ability to interact effectively with third party audit team

·        Understanding of Operating Statements, Rent Roll, Budgets, Benchmarking and Audits

·        Ability to manage and supervise staff

·        Effective communication skills and project management skills

·        Strong MS office skills, with an excel proficiency
