PROPERTY MANAGER – time for a new direction?
Reporting to the National Property Manager you will be responsible for the management of properties ‘owned leased’ within the NT. You will provide a high level of contractor facilities management to the organisation with reference to their portfolio. Alongside the National Property Manager you will coordinate manage the provision of all services within the portfolio, including the management of all tender processes associated with the properties.
In addition you will have the responsibility of managing the NT motor vehicle fleets plus both the mobile telephone fixed voice telecommunications facilities under a national contract entered into by the Organisation.
To succeed within this role you will demonstrate the following key skill set:
- Demonstrated experience in Facilities Management, Contractor Management Building Compliance Issues.
- Proven experience in Project Management of capital works projects.
- An understanding of Motor vehicle fleet asset management.
- Experience in managing a diverse property portfolio.
- Proven ability to successfully mange projects to completion, utilising a collaborative consultative approach.
- A high level of interpersonal skills, both negotiation consultation.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written verbal.
