This prestigious Management Company is looking to hire a skilled and well balanced Property Manager for a prominent downtown location. They are only interested in serious candidates who have a respectable background in the industry.
Requirements: (All of these requirements are a must have)
Class A high-rise building management experience in excess of 500,000 sq. /ft.
Experience with large national firm
Experience with both exempt and non-exempt employees
5 years experience minimum
Knowledge of cash and accrual accounting regarding property management for a minimum of 5 years
Customer service knowledge that is of the highest possible degree
Bachelor?s degree in Business or related field
This individual must be investment focused and strive for maximum efficiency when it comes to collections and returns. They are looking for a natural leader who can give direction to management. Working knowledge of Workspeed or Angus is a huge positive. C.P.M. or R.P.A. and active real estate sales license preferred
