Homestead America, a growing Columbus-based property management firm, is seeking a well-qualified candidate to fulfill the duties of property manager at one of our multi-family communities. A well-qualified candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Important responsibilities include (but are not limited to) team member oversight/coordination, budget understanding and compliance, owner/investor relations, leasing/marketing strategies and property renovation/enhancement project management. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the property management field is necessary; knowledge with the Rent Manager software system (or equivalent) a plus.
