Our apartment complex in south Alabama needs an experienced property manager/leasing agent. If you don't have rental property management experience, please don't waste your time or ours.
We own a market-rent (not subsidized) property with good middle-income residents. You will not be required to live on-site.
You must have experience with leases, Fair Housing guidelines and property management software. Excellent people skills are a must. You must be well-groomed, well-spoken and friendly.
You will be part of a small 4 person team -- two managers and two maintenance people. We pay a base salary plus a bonus every month based on how the property operates. This position should gross between $30,000 and $40,000 per year, salary plus bonus. The better the property does, the more money you make.
