Job Description
Real Estate Development and Management firm, located in Great Neck close to public transportation, is seeking a high level property manager with 3+ years of relevant experience to join their Property Management team. Responsibilities include residential tenant relations dealing with Federal, State City agencies. Working with Legal Compliance group, will liaise with agencies including HUD, NYC DEP, DHCR; and coordinate and complete all regulatory compliance documents and processes related to landlord-tenant litigations. Supervise building maintenance staff, leasing and building system.
