Responsibilities include: Accounts Receivable/Payable; Staff Supervision; Resident Relations; Application/Certification Processing; Marketing Leasing of apartments; Office/Site Administration; tenant/landlord relations; and special projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Strong time management, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Word Excel
Affordable Housing experience a plus.
