Job Description

Our client’ s Property Managers are dedicated and responsible for a portfolio 
of  properties 

seeking an intelligent and motivated individual with proven
experience of servicing the day-to-day high volume telephone and email 
needs of Landlords, Tenants and Contractors with property management 
related enquiries. 

You will be inspecting occupied and vacant properties on behalf of our 
Landlord’s therefore it will be your responsibility to: 

Inspect both the external and internal of each property 

Verify requested maintenance is the Landlord’s responsibility to undertake 

Document all failings by the tenant/s and address verbally if the tenant/s 
are present 

Document property failings for remarketing standards 

Take photographic evidence when necessary 

Resolve all issues promptly, politely and professionally 

Administrate and update property records and tenant communication data of 
every visit 

Person Specification

Excellent Standard Of English, Spelling And Numeracy

Strong IT Skills To Include Word/Excel/Email 

Ability To Follow Procedures And Retain Information
