Property Manager - Top Shopping Center Company – Great Opportunity!
We are a large, experienced retail property management company. We manage enclosed mall, strip centers and even street retail locations
We operate in New York and New Jersey, and are seeking a qualified property manager for Long Island and another for central NJ.
Responsibilities:
You will take charge of a number of open air shopping centers.
You will be responsible for bidding and negotiating all contracts, and you will then closely supervise your contractors.
You will write monthly reports about daytime and nighttime property inspections, prepare budgets, and prepare property, night and roof inspections for our clients.
You will meet with tenants on site.
You will coordinate the efforts of leasing, legal, construction, accounting and marketing departments.
Some overnight travel required.
Qualifications:
Previous shopping center management experience.
Knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Experienced with budgeting and financial reports.
