Our client, an established and award winning estate agency in the City ofLondon, is looking for a property manager to join their growing department. As an independent company, they focus on increasing service levels as referrals are a big part of their client base. With direct responsibility for 150 high end properties, you will be a knowledgeable, articulate and personable individual.
The ideal candidate will need the following qualities:
- Strong experience as a residential Property Manager
- Calm communicator with a great sense of urgency
- Prepare maintenance and improvement plans
- Recommend works and prepare all document to purchaser and contractors
- Dealing with landlords rent enquiries and any general enquiries they may have on their account or property

Base salary of £26k-£28k with office commission + benefits including trips away + extra day's holiday
