Experienced property manager/administrative assistant needed for a boutique real estate development firm and its property management arm in high energy work environment. Applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to office including filing, answering phones, meeting minutes, as well as assisting in property management duties. Property management duties to include responding to all communications with tenants, determine and implement solutions for tenant and building maintenance related issues, coordinate and schedule all tenant move-in/move outs with proper documentation, maintain log of tenant and vendor insurance certificates,preparation of leases and vendor contracts, Applicant should work well under deadlines and high volume of work prioritizing workflow as needed with little direction. Applicant should have experience with commercial real estate and will interact with all levels including executives, tenants, vendors and other service providers across multiple property types. Must have proficient computer skills .
Qualified applicants possess 3-5 years experience with excellent communications skills.
Requirements include: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Experience in Commercial Real Estate a must.
