Job Description: A Broomfield company is looking for a number of great administrative individuals with strong computer experience and strong dedication. Job Description: - Review loan history and determine if the property is vacant, requires securing and/or property preservation. - Document all system(s) accordingly. - Place appropriate work order based upon findings. - Perform any duties as instructed by management. Minimum Requirements: - Strong PC and Internet Navigation Skills required. - Previous Alltel, MSP or FIS Mortgage Servicing System experience preferred, but not required. - Highly organized, detail oriented, good decision making and problem solving skills. - Good verbal and written communication skills required. - Experience in a corporate production environment Education: High School Diploma and/or equivalent Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet navigation Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Positive outlook and ability to adapt to change Works well in a team environment Independent thinker with good organizational skills Analytical skills Previous Alltel/MSP experience preferred but not necessary If this is you, please send your resume in WORD format and 4-6 sentences about why you're the perfect person for the position!
