PROPERTY PROJECT MANAGER
A nationwide facility service company is seeking a qualified Property Project Manager.
The open position is for our customer’s large facility and satellite property in the Denver, Colorado area. The qualified candidate will possess strong leader ship, organizational, operational skills, a proven management background in maintenance field including electrical, mechanical landscaping, (five years minimum experience in each area) as well as excellent people communicational skills.
The position requires self-motivated individual that has the capacity to motivate work closely with their staff on all project work. Candidates must be able to use Excel and has had pervious experience in managing operative budgets in
excess of 500K
Salary DOE, Company/Employee paid medical, dental prescription plans.
