Property Sales Manager (Liverpool) 25k Basic plus 30% bonus, company car and benefits
Our client is a very successful property management company who look after a wide range of empty commercial properties across the UK and overseas. Properties they have on their books include buildings such as offices, hotels, hospitals, schools etc etc. They ensure they are not vandalised by housing guardians/tenants within the buildings who live in the properties creating a presence.
Due to continued expansion they have an immediate vacancy for a Sales Manager to work from their central Liverpool office. The role will involve management of two staff ensuring that targets and KPI's are met and overseeing all sales for this busy office. This is a hands on position and you will also work towards your own targets by proactively sitting your own appointments. Working throughout the North West you will meet with property owners selling the service with a view to placing managing their properties.
Candidates applying for this position should have sales management experience, be used to working to their own sales targets and be highly proactive. A full driving licence is essential as is the the flexibility to travel through the North West. Experience within the property sector, recruitment or a similar B2B sales environment.
