Our client is seeking a Property Services Coordinator in Laurel, MD.
Earn $14.42 to $16.82 per hour at this full-time, temp-to-hire position. Work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Job Description:
- Resident Relations/Communications
- Secondary contact (Primary when manager is out of office)
- Communicate with Board and Homeowners daily
- Respond to daily inquires from Board and Homeowners
- Assist in resolution of client inquiry per Manger's plan of action
- Retrieve, log and respond to personal voice mails and emails
- Mailers
- Assemble appropriate materials, per Manager's directive.
- Proof material before mailing
- File final draft material in personal folders
- Property Maintenance
- Review governing documents to support complaints of violation
- Close work orders
- Primary contact for parking permits, pool passes, replacement keys etc.
- Create work orders
- Financials
- Assist Manager in meeting Board Directives
- Maintain financial files on a monthly basis
- Recurring Accounts
- Monitor schedule of annual renewal due dates for insurance
- Manage Reports
- Contribute TOPS reports and HO correspondence as requested by Board
- Assemble cover sheets, HO correspondence and other board requested material on first check
- Meetings
- Proof and send meeting notifications
- Update corporate calendar
- Prepare documents needed for meetings
- Prepare meeting agenda
Requirements:
- Stable work history
- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the real estate background.
