Property Services Team Manager
Up to £18k - £25k + benefits
Hastings Direct is one of the leading insurance companies in theUK. Bought out by its management team in February 2009, the company has since been embarking on a major expansion program. As a result of this expansion, we are looking to recruit a number of key people to help us continually evolve into an outstanding place to work.
We are currently recruiting for a new Property Services Team Manager to help ensure the company premises are well maintained, clean and operate to a high standard.
As Property Services Team Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Managing services such as security, health and safety and reception
- Ensuring that all legislation relating to the building and services are met
- Responsible for the day to day running of building services
- Making sure all statutory inspections are carried out
- Planning best allocation and utilisation of space and resources of premises
- Checking that work completed by contractors has been completed to the agreed and required standard
As Property Services Team Manager your experience will ideally include:
- Previous experience from within a similar role
- Strong people management skills
- An understanding of all relevant health and safety and building requirement legislation
- Strong communication and people management skills
