The Challenge
Reporting to the Director in a dynamic team environment the role will include:
- Assuming responsibility for property portfolios in the management of cash lows, working capital and business reviews for each asset in the portfolio.
- Review and analysis of the valuation of the asset to include liaison with external independent values
- Working with banks on management and potential sale of assets
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be:
• currently working in a property role with an emphasis on execution of transactions.
• be a self starter with the ability to work on own initiative and ability to assume responsibility for transaction.
• first rate oral and written communication skills
• excellent interpersonal skills
The Company
Our client is a high profile property and investment company based in Dublin.
