- Perform all coordinator functions, as defined by APMP, write edit proposal sections; function as desktop publishers, when needed.
- Provide detailed proposal planning and process expertise.
- Initiate proposal library and coordinate building strategy, competitive folders presentation materials.
- Manage proposal SharePoint site for each procurement project.
- Plan coordinate kickoff meeting.
- Steer the proposal process.
- Draft proposal plan and analyze RFP.
- Formulate proposal strategy themes.
- Facilitate draft control draft reviews.
- Coordinate storyboarding writing efforts.
- Furnish standard write-ups resumes from database.
- Maintain final proposal development phase schedule.
- Facilitate editing plan process.
- Prepare compliance matrix.
- Coordinate final production activities and proposal delivery.
