BE Aerospace's Commercial Aircraft Segment is seeking an energetic, self-starter for the position of Proposal Coordinator with the sales and marketing team in our Seating Products Group (SPG) in Winston-Salem, NC. The position is responsible for seating sales activities and contributes to achievement of booking targets for specific bid campaigns as determined by the bid manager. Works closely with the sales and account management teams. Key Responsibilities: Communicates with various departments (Sales, Engineering, Certification, Program Management, Manufacturing, etc.) to provide and collect information to be used in preparing proposals and financial spreadsheets. Coordinates and attends meetings, takes notes, and sends out action items. Prepares proposals and financial spreadsheets under the supervision of manager and team members. Tracks project milestones and updates database. Creates compliance matrices from customer requests. Prepares presentations under the supervision of manager and team members. Performs other duties as required. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BA/BA) in business related area and a minimum of 2 years related experience. Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated profiency in using Adobe Acrobat. Ability to work with fundamental mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and margins. Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures and requests. Must have excellent written communications skills and the ability to write reports. Excellent verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively present information and response to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
