Proposal Manager Job ID: GCSD10111063 Proposal Manager - Melbourne, FL - GCSD10111063 Description: Proposal Manager - Melbourne, FL Job Code: GCSD10111063 Job Description: * The Proposal Manager owns the final presentation strategy. * Collaborates, facilitates and works with the pursuit team in various win strategy work sessions to define written elements of the overall strategy. * Creates proposal-ready products for inclusion in the final prop documents. * Refines pursuit products into prop products that have a feature/ benefit focus and resonate with the overall win strategy for the opportunity. * Creates the overall presentation strategy and architects same into an annotataed outline that becomes the master blueprint for the offering. * Considers; language, technology, clear substantive writing styles as well as the appropriate use of anchor graphics for he deliverable documents. * Assists capture leader in preparation for gate reviews. * Authors the Executive Summary for the proposal. Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent years exp. in the Marketing, Sales, Business Development fields. * 5 years relevant experience. Preferred Additional Skills: * An active interest in the business of business acquisition. * High energy, quick study,strategy developer required. * A competitive, interested candidate should also be characterized as a reader, an investigator, and not merely a acronym generator. * A person of clear thinking who can take often complex ideas and communicate them in a clear manner. * A person who can turn his/ her understanding into clear written products. * A strategic thinker that can energize the team and facilitate working sessions. * A candidate with an active TS/SCI Polygraph is desired.
