Proposal Writer / Database Manager recruitment

The main responsibilities of the role are:

• To establish a clear process for managing and maintaining the database (knowledge base) of pre-written proposal-ready content.

• To review RFPs received to identify frequently asked questions that should be answered in the knowledge base.

• To identify knowledge experts within the business, to act as owners of pre-written content.

• To provide operational support in respect of the database.

• To review and update the content of the database on a regular basis.

• To develop and maintain standard document templates.

The successful candidate will have:

• Outstanding proposal writing skills.

• Excellent understanding of effective proposal design and overall proposal management processes.

• Good customer empathy.

• Able to establish rapport and credibility with senior staff in the business.

• Highly organised and able to work effectively on multiple, concurrent projects.

• Good strategic thinking.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
