My client, one of the leading capital plant suppliers into the automotive industry has an exciting position for an experienced Proposals Engineer. With worldwide turnover in excess of 1 billion Euros and representation in 23 countries this company can offer total solutions to its client base. With an additional new division in energy efficiency and conservation the company is continuing to push ahead with its strategic growth plan.
Role Responsibilities
• Generation of tender documentation in response to customer enquiries
• Ensure that customer requirements and expectations are understood
• Actively explore customer and suppliers cost effective solutions
• Development of proposal strategy with management team
• Plan appropriate resources
• Obtaining accurate quotations
• Ensure technical provision support is on-going through project
Required Skills Experience
• Process/Capital Plant experience
• Estimating/Proposal skills
• Knowledge of Automotive or related industry
• Budget management skills
• HNC or equivalent in engineering discipline
