The role involves defining, managing and developing workplace savings/DC business propositions. This will involve researching and understanding the workplace savings marketplace, demonstrating a good understanding of target markets and individual client needs and working closely with sales, marketing and other areas of the firm to ensure accurate and effective presentation and delivery of the workplace savings proposition.
Acting as product champion and using business acumen the successful candidate will be responsible for workplace savings and DC policy, liaising with 3rd party providers and ensuring the ongoing profitability and compliance of the DC and workplace savings product.
Applicants will have a strong background in pensions proposition development or analysis gained from either a consultancy or provider. In-depth corporate pensions and workplace savings market knowledge is essential, together with a commercial approach, an understanding of the wider retail funds arena and strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
