Prority Banking- Senior Business Development & Acquisition Head recruitment
Our client is a well established Consumer Bank with strong regional footprints. Due to a growing business need, they are seeking a Senior Business Development and Acqusition Head to help grow and strategise the Offshore Priorty Banking business.
You will be responsible for the following areas:
- Acquisition - set up acquisition team, create pipeline of new customers through tie ups with business partners
- Portfolio Management - to review analytics in ensuring that customer base is fully optimized. Campaign Generation and Management - to devise and draw up new campaigns to generate cross sell opportunities
- Sales Management - to compute statistics and be able to critically analyse on the performance of each banker / team / country
We are seeking candidates with at least 5-7 years of proven track record in priorty banking as a leader and has experience in acqusition activities across offshore markets inlcuding but not limiting to - Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand etc. Candidates need to speak Mandarin and also has the maturity to be able to drive and strategize the new business growth. Seasoned bankers also need to demonstrate a proven ability to analyse sales figures and to appropriately recommend new campaigns to cross sell.
